Biography
Rosy De Prado is originally from Mexico City and immigrated to the United States in 2013. She has a trajectory of 15 years in community work and public health work as a family therapist. She was supervisor, trainer and MH Director in Santa Ana, CA for LHA, a non-profit for prevention, education, and early intervention for immigrant families. Rosy designed and distributed a psychoeducational model for youth with Diabetes and their families. She is the co-founder of a Systemic therapy School in Guadalajara, Mexico. She has 18 years of experience in private practice in Mexico and the last 4 years in the USA. She has been faculty at diverse Universities in Mexico and Adjunct Faculty at the Seattle University. Rosy De Prado is a former board director for the American Family Therapy Academy and a Clinical Fellow and Supervisor Candidate for the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
