International Studies offers an honors track for eligible INST majors who are in their senior year. It is an opportunity for motivated and capable INST students to design and complete individual research projects that will further their goals and sharpen their research, analytical, and writing skills.
If you have studied abroad, your honors project should involve your study-abroad country significantly. Exceptions to this expectation must be justified by the applicant and authorized by the INST Faculty.
I loved being able to shape the course to what I wanted to learn about, but I also really enjoyed hearing about what my classmates were passionate about.
