This class will use a holistic approach to help students understand the art and science behind coaching. Using previous research, textbooks and case studies, students will gain insight that they can apply with future athletes, businesses or clients. During this class, we'll discuss everything from coaching philosophy and sport psychology to physical, technical, tactical, and mental planning, including? Eason preparation and evaluation. Whether it's youth, professional athletes, or private clients, this class will cover all aspects of the coaching process and give strategies for students to maximize development year after year.
