Every year, Albers recognizes outstanding graduating students with the following awards. The awards are presented during Albers' traditional graduation celebration held before Seattle University's Commencement.
The Spirit of Albers Award is presented to the student who best embodies leadership, enthusiasm, dedication, commitment to service, and compassion towards others. The Spirit of Albers Award is often given to students who stand out as compassionate, enthusiastic leaders. Recipients are nominated by Albers faculty and staff.
This undergraduate student embodies the Albers School's mission statement and goes above and beyond in their contributions as students, club members, and/or community members. The Albers Undergraduate Service Award is often given to students whose significant contributions enhance the Albers environment and models our mission of service to others. Recipients are nominated by Albers faculty and staff.
Paul A. Volpe was the founding dean of Albers. This award is presented to a graduating First Time in College (FTIC) student with the highest GPA.
This award recognizes a graduating transfer student with the highest GPA.
The Albers Grad Service award recognizes and honors the graduate student who has demonstrated leadership abilities through service and involvement with the school and community. Recipients are nominated by Albers faculty and staff.
