Our On-Campus Interviewing (OCI) program offers employers the opportunity to arrange an entire day on campus to conduct interviews with interested, qualified students for internships and full-time positions (available upon graduation). We offer three sessions of On-Campus Interviewing during the academic year: fall, winter, and spring. Information sessions provide employers the opportunity to educate potential candidates about the advantages and benefits of their company and industry. The Albers Career Center facilitates a Resume Reviews with Employers event every quarter. Employers meet with 2-3 students at a time in a round robin style to offer feedback on resumes. The entire event is about 1.5-2 hours and employers have the opportunity to engage with multiple students.
