Determining what career you want to pursue or transitioning careers can be an overwhelming and daunting task. The following career exploration tools will help you determine possible career matches based on your personality, allow you to research various industries and job functions, and help you facilitate conversations with professionals in your potential fields of interest.
The CareerLeader program is a fully integrated approach to business career self-assessment. This free assessment is available to both undergraduate and graduate students. The 60-minute online assessment is designed to help students in their career exploration, planning, and decision-making. The assessment results reveal the key interests, motivators, and skills of a student, the organizational culture that fits the student, and the business careers that best match the student. The assessment also provides "next step" suggestions on how the student can make the most of career planning and preparation.

Utilize Seattle University's Handshake system to search jobs and internships. You don't have to apply to anything yet if you aren't ready. But reading job descriptions can help you discover what you might be interested in. You can also research the qualifications for various jobs and plan ahead on what you need to do between now and graduation to be qualified for your desired positions.
