*Represent the Microsoft HR Integration Practice to both internal and external audiences. Provide leadership through deal lifecycle from concept through post close integration. Provide insight and coaching to leadership on people-related deal topics. *Lead all aspects of people/HR integration on Microsoft's largest and most complex global acquisitions. *Drive due diligence and risk assessment/mitigation, and structure employee terms and conditions in purchase agreement. *Develop talent plans and employee engagement programs. Influence and coach leaders on both sides of the transaction to help land and engage talent. Assess leadership capability and organizational compatibility during critical deal milestones. *Diagnose and address culture and organizational compatibility issues. *Manage key partnerships with various HR/M&A stakeholders.
