Employment History
I have been the acting CEO of Aircare International for the last twelve years. Prior to Aircare, I was a Senior Vice President for Comerica Bank's Technology and Life Science's lending team based in Seattle. I held that position for 10 years. Prior to Comerica I worked for a small investment bank raising money and working on early corporate development for a number of early-stage companies.
Education

Mentoring Objectives & Scope
I enjoy discussion surrounding operational challenges, acquisitions and mergers, early stage business formation, capitalization and valuation exercises, corporate finance and macro economic trends. Based on the mentoring discussions I had while an MSF student, I look forward to free form discussions where I can surface issues and challenges in a real-world setting that are much like case studies.
