Job Description
I lead tech enablement for the Global Risk Management & Claims (GRMC) organization. In this role, I focus on identifying tech adoption gaps and developing opportunities to upskill our customers in the low-code and self-service tech that our team implements and maintains. This includes our BI and Analytics tools to drive operational and reporting efficiencies, robotic process automation (RPA), and general digital literacy. In driving our tech enablement mechanisms, I work cross-functionally with multiple Product Managers, Data & Analytics Managers, and Data Engineers, who own the various self-service and low-code technologies that support the GRMC business.

When and where do you hold meetings with your students?
When: Available to meet once a month, Monday - Thursday, 5-7pm PST Where: Virtual meetings on Zoom (or other conferencing technology such as Webex) and occasional in-person meet-ups when convenient.
