Linda Nguyen received her PhD in Management at UCLA Anderson School of Management. Her research focuses on diversity and discrimination, examining factors that underlie racial and gender disparities in the workplace. Specifically, her work investigates factors that influence people's diversity perceptions and support for organizational diversity initiatives.
