Personal Bio

Colleen Hunter is an Organizational Development and Effectiveness consultant, Agile coach, and an experienced leader of business and teams with over 30 years in industry. She believes in the power of organizations to transform themselves and their industries, with people as the key determinant.  Through appreciative inquiry, observation, and elevating capabilities, Colleen helps companies and teams mobilize for meaningful impact.

In addition to a Master of Labor & Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Political Science and Psychology from Michigan State University, Colleen has earned certifications in a number of disciplines: AIM and PROSCI change methodologies; Agile Scrum Master and Product Owner; Behavioral-Event Interviewing; Business Architecture, Clear Leadership, and IT Service Mgmt/ITIL.

Colleen draws from a rich set of interests and experiences and is a certified yoga instructor, outdoor enthusiast, and former soccer coach and competitive Ultimate player.
