Seattle University's Executive Leadership Certificate program has been developing transformational leaders for more than 20 years. This seven-month business certificate program is designed to address what C-suite and senior level executives found lacking in their organizations -- wise and thoughtful leadership and insightful, well-informed, discerning leaders.
Great leadership isn’t about what you know, it’s about who you are. SeattleU’s Executive Leadership Certificate program will help you cultivate the internal qualities of great leaders—insight, self-awareness, confidence, and humility.
Designed to meet you where you're at, this program is offered in two modalities: online and on campus. Both program modalities include a retreat at the beginning and conclusion of the program.
The on campus program includes a three day weekend on campus each month, and incorporates classes online and on campus. This is a great fit for professionals who want to engage in regular face to face learning in the Seattle area.
The online program provides remote courses with one four day retreat at the beginning of the program and one three day retreat at the conclusion of the program. This program is a great fit for professionals across the country who can commit to traveling to Seattle twice during the program.
This top leadership program is more than a business certificate. We’ll challenge you to examine yourself in the context of your work life and your personal life, and you’ll get the opportunity to put your leadership into action on an issue of importance to you. Experience:
