Personal Bio
Dominick was born and raised in San Diego, California. His academic journey began at San Diego State University where he initially experienced early struggles as a first-gen student-athlete. But in time, he credits the various supporting staff/family to have inspired him to regain academic control, completely switch collegiate sports, and ultimately transfer back to a junior college before finally landing at California Lutheran University. There he completed his bachelor’s degree in Communication with an emphasis in Journalism while competing in varsity football as a kicker and punter. Dominick then decided with his experiences at the various academic institutions, that he too wanted to become part of the support staff for college students. He later returned to San Diego State, earning a master’s degree in Learning Design and Technology while simultaneously holding the positions of Graduate Assistant and then Director of Baseball Operations for the Aztecs. In his free time, he has been very excited to take advantage of the local recreation with various trips to surf, snowboard, and wakeboard all over the PNW with his partner Maddie and dog Hopper.
