In 2018-2019 the national BAP organization celebrated it’s 100th anniversary, while our Seattle University Delta Eta chapter celebrated its 45th anniversary.
Our program is not just about academic curriculum. We also want you to take time to bond with your cohort and develop leadership skills vital for your professional growth. Our day-long Leadership Orientation retreat at the start of fall quarter is led by leadership training professionals with deep experience in the field.
Service Practicum providing free tax preparation assistance to the local community, in a joint venture with United Way of King County. The program gives accounting students a chance to use their skills to help others while gaining hands-on experience.
Students who sign up for the Accounting Mentor Program in fall can be paired with professionals in the industry to receive support and meet regularly to discuss career paths, internships, and personal development for their future occupation. Our mentors are experienced professionals who work for leading firms in the Pacific-Northwest region who bring that unique lens to their mentor-student relationships.
