Career coaching appointments are conducted at the request of the student both in-person and virtually, Monday through Friday. In-Person appointments take place in the Career Engagement Office in Pigott Pavillion (PAVL 110), across from the Lemieux Library and McGoldrick Learning Commons. Virtual Appointments are conducted via Zoom and appointment attendees will receive a meeting link on the day of the scheduled appointment.

Hiring projections are positive! There are thousands of active job/internship postings specifically for Seattle U students and alumni in Handshake at any given time. Visit the Events page on Handshake for details on how to register for and attend upcoming hiring events.

Professional formation at Seattle University happens in many ways and an internship is only one example of experiential learning. In addition to doing an internship, you can gain experience through volunteering, part-time jobs on and off-campus, side hustles, and even hobbies.
