CCTS is a Washington State Needs Project funded by OSPI Special Education with Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) state-level discretionary dollars. Collectively, the State Needs Projects (SNPs) provide statewide professional development, technical assistance, consultation, and training for parents, families, and educators. eLearning for Educators
The eLearning for Educators Project provides statewide access to affordable online courses designed to support educators in serving students with disabilities.
Expanding Capacity for Special Education Leadership (ECSEL)
This is a collaborative program for special education administrators, originally formed in partnership with the campuses of University of Washington and Washington State University. ECSEL is administered through University of Washington Bothell.
Open Doors for Multicultural Families
Provides culturally and linguistically relevant information, services, and programming to culturally and linguistically diverse families of persons with developmental and intellectual disabilities
Partnerships for Action, Voices for Empowerment (PAVE)
Provides support, training, information and resources to empower and give voice to individuals, youth and families impacted by disabilities
Special Education Technology Center (SETC)
The SETC provides training, consultation, technology loans, and resource information to help school districts and families implement assistive technology interventions in addressing the special learning needs of children with disabilities.
Special Education Support Center (SESC)
SESC provides information and best practices through statewide training to families, educators, and organizations in order to meet the needs of students with disabilities.
Washington Sensory Disability Services (WSDS)
WSDS supports individuals aged birth to 21 who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind, visually impaired, or deaf-blind, by providing training and other resources to service providers and families.
