T-Folio is a free, online transition portfolio tool developed by CCTS. It is designed for youth with disabilities in Washington state and the school and agency personnel who support them.
The TSF2 is CCTS’s secure, online data collection platform that houses the Post-School Survey and district-level post-school outcome data. Future additions to the TSF2 include the Indicator 13 Review Tool, Quality Indicators for Secondary Transition (QuIST), and Special Education Consistency Index (SECI).
You must be employed by a school, district, or ESD in the state of Washington to receive access to the TSF2. To be added to the system, please contact your district's data manager or the person who manages the Post-School Survey. If you're not sure who this person is, contact your district's special education office or email ccts@seattleu.edu.
The Indicator B13 Checklist/Transition File Review, developed by OSPI and aligned with the National Technical Assistance Center on Transition (NTACT) checklist, is a tool for reviewing IEPs for compliance with Indicator B13 requirements.
The QuIST is a free program improvement tool developed by CCTS. It enables school districts to self-evaluate their transition services for students with disabilities. It is not used for compliance monitoring.
Districts can complete the QuIST using a computer-scored Excel workbook. The workbook includes formulas that autocalculate the results and display them on a summary scoresheet.
