Faculty and students have access to 24x7 Canvas Support. With your permission, Canvas Support has the ability to look at and help troubleshoot specific pages in your course. They can troubleshoot technical issues as well as provide suggestions for how to approach using Canvas.
Seattle U community members can get support for Zoom from the ITS Service Desk.
