Rev. Mia Baumgartner, MDiv, MNPL, BCC - received her Master of Nonprofit Leadership (MNPL) from Seattle University. She currently serves as a member on the Advisory Council for the Center for Ecumenical and Interreligious Engagement. Mia is the Manager of Spiritual Care & Wellbeing at the University of Washington Medical Center. Her specialties include palliative care and oncology chaplaincy. Mia is a certified Cultivating Compassion Training (CCT) trainer and leads workshops on burnout mitigation and resilience. She has served as a nonprofit Executive Director, pastor, junior high math and Latin teacher and healthcare spiritual care provider. Mia has lived in Washington State for 20 years, and is still surprised every spring to see flowers blooming February!
