University Events is responsible for the scheduling, coordination and production of all events and summer conferences on campus. While we are not hiring at the moment, we are frequently looking for students interested in further developing their professional skills to join our fun, fast-paced team!
Want a position that literally keeps you on your toes? Our Event Production Crew is responsible for setting up all event equipment and spaces across campus, as well as monitoring large events to ensure they go smoothly. This role has flexible hours and has opportunities for leadership roles within this team.
Requirements for the position are as follows: ability to lift 50lbs consistently, customer service experience, and availability/flexibility for scheduling.
The primary hours when our Crew members are needed are Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 10 p.m., Saturday, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., and other times as needed.
Student Event Coordinators work closely with clients to coordinate all of the logistical needs for their events. This includes creating room diagrams, arranging parking, coordinating tech needs, and more. This position requires someone with superb attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Client Services Assistants (CSAs) support the Client Services Supervisor through operational, administrative and scheduling tasks. This position is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to develop professional skills that can be applied to any field. Students in this role must be comfortable interacting with people in many different roles, from peers to VIPs, and be able to adjust communication accordingly.
Conference Assistants (CAs) provide residence hall front desk service and coverage during the summer months while they are used to house summer programs. As the main contacts for summer program attendees staying on campus, CAs are our guest service superheroes! We want to make all summer program attendees feel welcome on our campus. This is a seasonal position.
