Seattle University is a vibrant and busy campus with over 10,000 events a year. In EMS Web App, you will be able to check space availabilities and book your event space(s). Please keep in mind that you will need to request an account to use the Web App. If you are requesting to reserve a major event space, our scheduling team will review your request and will assign you to an Event Coordinator. Your Event Coordinator will need time to coordinate equipment setup, technology needs and staff to set up and monitor your event.
Internal/Campus clients may reserve a major event space as far as a year out. External clients may confirm space up to six months out. Classroom reservations are confirmed quarterly.
Conference and Event Services does not book events or meetings in Sullivan Hall. Please contact the Law School directly for reservation inquiries.
