Dear Students, Faculty and Staff:
The SU Campus Store has a number of updates regarding our hours and service to the SeattleU community:
First, we would like to announce that we are offering free shipping on all online orders placed on our website for the foreseeable future. As we prepare for the upcoming quarter, students are encouraged to order their textbooks and course packs online at www.SUCampusStore.com and select free home delivery.
Second, regarding Winter Quarter rentals, we will be open normal hours for the remainder of this week through Saturday, March 21, to accommodate in-person rental check ins. However, students are encouraged to return their rentals by mail. Students can download a prepaid shipping label to return rental books by mail at no cost (instructions are in your rental reminder email or you can simply log in to your online account). The label must be downloaded by March 21 and can only be used once. To accommodate life disruption and possible extended shipping times, all rentals must be received by the Campus Store by April 3 (previously March 21), in order to avoid any non-return charges.
Third, we would like to provide an update on our tentative hours going forward. We will be closed from March 22 through April 5. A decision has not yet been made for Spring Quarter hours. Given this ever-changing environment, an online-only service solution is being considered, and all online orders will ship within 24 hours. Going forward, updates to operating hours will be posted at Campus Store hours.
