With classes primarily remote through Jan. 30, it is recommended that events be offered in a virtual mode during this time. On-campus events and meetings taking place in person are to be limited to 20 people or fewer. Any exemption must be approved by your dean or division leader. Athletic events remain under previously established protocols.
Face coverings (preferably high-quality, well-fitting) must be worn during in-person gatherings and hand sanitizer or a hand-washing option should be made available. Event venues should be well ventilated and large enough to support distancing to the greatest possible extent. Keeping rosters of attendees is also encouraged should contact tracing and communication with potentially exposed individuals be necessary.
