Spring Break and Spring Quarter
Students are being asked to refrain from non-essential out-of-state travel and from large group activities during Spring Break. Residence halls will remain open for Spring Break at no additional cost. The full update sent to students today can be found on the COVID-19 site.
Masks and Physical Distancing
With the coronavirus variant B.1.1.7 reported on a number of campuses, it is increasingly important to take every precaution to slow the spread of COVID-19. That means not only wearing face coverings, but wearing them properly. The CDC has issued new guidance on improving how your mask protects you. Equally important is staying six feet apart and avoiding large gatherings. Let’s all please keep one another in mind and stay healthy and safe.
Surveillance Testing
A reminder that all residential students must be tested every week for COVID-19, and random sampling of 10 percent of commuter students are tested weekly. Learn more at Student Health Center.
