Office for Diversity & Inclusion Programs
ODI programming encompasses a wide variety of endeavors, including:
- Special signature events, such as the biannual Racial Equity Summit and quarterly Red Talks
- Professional development opportunities for faculty and staff, both by request and scheduled
- Consultation on critical issues involving questions of equity, justice, and inclusion
- Creation and facilitation of working groups based around LIFT SU initiatives
- Panel discussions, involving community partners, around key issues
- Collaboration on supplier diversity efforts on campus
While not exhaustive, this list demonstrates that diversity, equity, and inclusion are integral to operations throughout Seattle University.
