Seattle University's Educational Administration (EDAD) program brings a unique theory of action toward preparing educational leaders for districts, schools and not-for-profits. Our graduates serve as thought leaders for organizations across the region that fight for educational justice, institutionalize cultures of learning and innovate in the service of educating every child in our communities.
Our exceptional faculty bring a wide range of academic and applied experiences to the program. They are former and practicing building, district and organizational leaders nationally recognized for their work in guiding, improving and turning around schools and educational organizations.
Future K-12 administrators and organizational leaders who are passionate about the importance and impact of education in our communities, and who see themselves as transformative in leading schools and organizations that make a difference in the communities they serve.
