- If you have taken credit courses previously and need an official transcript please complete the transcript request form available from the Seattle University registrar.
- If you need a copy of previously submitted clock hours form, please contact the Professional & Continuing Education office directly via e-mail at professionallearning@seattleu.edu. Clock hours are not recorded on University transcripts.
