The Major Institution Master Plan, or MIMP, is a plan that guides campus developments over the next 15 to 20 years. It is a comprehensive land use agreement with Seattle City government regarding the amount and location of future campus development .
Seattle University’s Ten-Year Capital and Investment Plan (10YCIP) is being developed as part of the overall university’s Strategic Directions process. The 10YCIP will include needs to support existing facilities, infrastructure, and programs, as well as support new programs and development in support of the Strategic Directions. A rigorous campus-wide process is being used to assess needs and balance capital needs with financial feasibility.
