Continuing Student Room Selection Timeline for Academic Year 2024-2025
- January 16, 2024: Continuing Student Housing Application opens at 4:30 PM.
- February 20, 2024: Continuing Student Housing Application priority deadline:
- All Rising Sophomores must have campus housing applications submitted by this date at 4:30 PM.
- Rising Juniors, Seniors, and Grad students must complete the campus housing application by 4:30pm on this date to be eligible for the campus housing lottery. All campus housing applications received after this date from Rising Juniors and Seniors or Grad students is automatically be waitlisted.
- February 23, 2024: Campus Housing lottery time slots are announced (an email will be sent to your Seattle U account).
- February 23, 2024: Deadline to submit accommodation requests to Disability Services for a priority housing assignment for 2024-2025.
- February 27 – March 1, 2024: Campus Housing selection for the 2024-2025 Academic Year for rising Junior/Senior/Graduate students,
- Rising Junior/Senior/Graduate students with time slots will log onto the SU Housing Portal at their assigned date/time to select a room in the building(s) from which they are eligible to choose.
- March 4, 2024: Campus Housing wait list is published for Junior/Senior/Graduate students. Students are notified via SU email with their waitlist number.
- March 5 – 7, 2024: Campus Housing selection for the 2024-2025 Academic Year for rising Sophomore students.
- Rising sophomore students will log onto the SU Housing Portal at their assigned date/time to select a room in the building(s) from which they are eligible to choose.
- March 15, 2024: Room Change Request form opens on the housing portal for students who have selected a space during room selection.
- April 2, 2024: General housing cancellation deadline without a cancellation fee (for eligible students who decide to live off campus or at home via the exemption policy).
- April 15, 2024: Extended housing cancellation deadline for students who wish to live at Vi Hilbert or Douglas ONLY.
