**The 12-week session is only available to students who HAVE a confirmed booking for the upcoming Fall Quarter. Our office will verify this information before confirming your summer booking.
For Summer Quarter, shared occupancy room spaces, along with a limited number of single occupancy room spaces, will be available for assignment.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You may indicate your housing type preference on the Housing Application, but please note that, depending on space, you may be assigned a shared occupancy type, even if you indicate you prefer a single occupancy room type. We thank you for your patience and understanding as not all room types can be used as single occupancy space.
Roommate Information: If you select to live in a shared occupancy space, you may indicate a roommate preference on the Housing Application. Please note that this other person needs to have a completed housing application on file in order for our office to make an assignment for them. We recommend that you speak to this person and ensure they have submitted their housing application and have indicated your name in this section of the application.
Additionally, if you indicate a roommate preference, you may still be assigned to a space with other roommates. For example, if you only indicate 1 other person here, you and that other person may be assigned to a quad apartment, where you will share the space with 2 other individuals. Choosing a roommate does NOT automatically guarantee a room assignment where only 2 people can be assigned.
Please note that indicating a roommate on the application is optional. If you decide not to choose a specific roommate, then you will be assigned a roommate (if assigned to a shared occupancy space). Please note that even if you indicated above a preference for a single room space, you may still be assigned to a shared occupancy room with a roommate.
