Department of Public Safety

Public Safety is committed to ensuring a safe and secure environment for the university community. Their team operates on a philosophy that promotes the positive nature of the urban education and living experiences for our students, faculty, staff and guests.

Student Financial Services

Student Financial Services has three main service functions:

  • Student Accounts: We are the University's student accounts office. We prepare and distribute bills for tuition and fees, room and board and insurance. We take payments, assess late charges, set up payment plans and distribute aid.
  • Financial Aid: We are the University's financial aid office. Our counselors evaluate your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and determine your eligibility for federal, state and institutional need-based funds and Student Employment.
  • Student Employment: Through Work Study, there are many employment opportunities on campus.

Health and Wellness

In keeping with the Jesuit philosophy of care for the whole person, Seattle University employs a large team of professionals specifically dedicated to helping maintain your physical and emotional health and overall sense of well-being. We work with you to develop knowledge, skills, attitudes and habits that will foster your success at the university and also serve you well throughout life.

Information Technology

This office provides the tools students need to solve technical issues and answer technical questions through the university Service Desk which is open 24-hours a day.
