This report replaces the twice-monthly excel sheet you receive in your T-drive. It is an automated report, updated daily, which contains the salary details for employees at the university. Specifically, the report contains: employees’ names, departments, GL details (account and activity string, and object), as well as classification, payclassID, and active position. Finally, the report contains date information – the pay period date, the transaction date, and the advice check date.
Your access to the report is automated and based on your OH role. If you have multiple roles in the OH, please select the highest one.

This report is a day-by-day account of hours worked, and hourly/gross wages earned in a given pay period (or multiple pay periods) for nonexempt student employees. It is available to anyone with nonexempt student employees. This report also contains students’ IDs, Names, earn codes, hours worked, and work dates. It is an automated report, updated daily.
This report is a day-by-day account of hours worked, and hourly/gross wages earned in a given pay period (or multiple pay periods) for nonexempt SU staff. Security and report access is based on your organization hierarchy (OH) role. Aside from wages, hours, and days worked, this report also contains SUID, names, earn codes, hours worked, and work dates. It is an automated report, updated daily.
Both reports are deployed specifically to track salary- and fringe benefit-based deductions to members of the Arrupe house. It allows the user to look up salary or fringe benefit cost information for a particular individual by first/last name or SUID. These reports also present the user with information on all employees who worked during a particular pay period or multiple. It shows the total gross wages or fringe benefits costs for the pay period(s) or individuals of interest. It is an automated report, updated daily.
