Redhawk Labs is a virtual desktop that provides students, faculty, and staff with access to specialized academic software. It can be accessed 24x7 from any web browser. The recommended web browser is Google Chrome

The Self-Service Portal has an easy-to-search knowledge base, and you can open a support ticket based on your specific request. You can also view the status of your tickets.
