Please fill out the IT Services Project Request Form to submit a new IT Services project request. This includes work such as, but not limited to: new projects utilizing existing software, new software implementations, new integration requests, enhancements to existing functionality, and requests that require planning sessions. In some cases, Information Technology Services will recommend an outside vendor best suited to meet your needs. There is no service charge for Information Technology Services' support.
Project requests are reviewed by ITS every two weeks and are considered in the context of university priorities, other requests from the same client, the academic calendar, ITS work in progress, capacity, and scope of the request. A representative from ITS will follow up within three days of reviewing requests to inform you if your request has been approved, denied, or requires further clarification.
