This 7 digit number is your University ID number. If you have forgotten it, please log into mySeattleU, then click on your username (top right) and user profile. If you forget both your SU ID and account password, which prevents logging into myseattleU, please contact the Registrar directly to obtain your SU ID and give Service Desk a call for further assistance.
Your SeattleU account (username@seattleu.edu) is used to access university computers, email and systems. All students, faculty, and staff are provided with an SU account.
myseattleU allows you to access your student records via the web. The information on myseattleUcomes directly from Seattle University’s administrative database, is constantly updated and is available 24 hours a day. You can use myseattleU to view your grades, student restrictions, financial aid information, and schedule. You can also update your address and register for classes via myseattleU.
Microsoft Office 365 is a suite of applications available to current Seattle University students, faculty, and staff. Your account comes with the following features:
After graduation, Seattle University alumni retain all email functionality. OneDrive storage is changed to read-only (new files cannot be added) and limited to 5 GB. Other Microsoft 365 services become unavailable.
Outlook
Outlook is your email application where you can access your SU email account. In Outlook, you can customize your inbox, schedule meetings in your calendar and access the task manager.
To log in to your Microsoft 365 account, visit www.office.com and enter your Seattle U account credentials.

Seattle University community members are provided with a Campus Card, a versatile photo ID card. Your Campus Card can be used as an electronic door key, library card, dining card, and gym pass.
