Mailing Services does NOT provide refrigeration for perishable items received by mail. We aim for same-day delivery but this is not always possible. If you are expecting delivery of perishable items, you must reach out to us in advance to schedule delivery or arrange to pick up the package(s).
Mailing Services will not be responsible for spoilage if prior arrangements are not made or in cases of office closure or unavailability of receiver.
Keep track of package progress and update arrangements should delivery dates change. We also encourage you to reconfirm your arrangements on the delivery day to avoid any disruptions.
