Dance Marathon raises funds for good cause

Held Feb. 15, the 13th annual Seattle University Dance Marathon raised more than $35,000 for Seattle Children’s Hospital, Children’s Miracle Network and the Strong Against Cancer Research Campaign. All proceeds from the 12-hour philanthropic event support the Uncompensated Care Fund that allows patient families who are experiencing childhood illnesses, such as cancer, to receive the treatment and care they need without the stress of covering medical expenses.
