Black Voters Matter Co-Founder LaTosha Brown Coming to Campus

On October 5, Seattle University is hosting award-winning organizer, philanthropic consultant, political strategist and co-founder of Black Voters Matter LaTosha Brown. Brown will be speaking on campus as part of the United Way of King County’s Advancing Racial Equity Series. The Center for Ecumenical and Interreligious Engagement and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion are co-sponsors of the event.

Brown has more than 20 years of experience working in the nonprofit and philanthropy sectors on a wide variety of issues related to political empowerment, social justice, economic development, leadership development, wealth creation and civil rights.
