On March 19, the Presidential Search Committee met with WittKieffer to discuss the search process and the development of the Leadership Profile which will encompass the traits and qualifications of the next president as well the challenges and opportunities that the next president will inherit.

On April 7, the Presidential Search Committee met again to review a draft of the Leadership Profile, offering additional input and to consider these questions:

• Is there anything critical that is missing?
• Are there any points that are unclear or need to be made differently?
• Is there any wording that is off-putting or otherwise needs adjusting?

Based on the Committee’s recommendations, WittKieffer will update the Leadership Profile which will then be presented to the Board of Trustees for approval during its April 30 meeting.
