SUOnline registration will be phased out over this academic year and replaced with a new student registration system called mySeattleU Student Planning.
Student Planning is an online tool for students and advisors to assist with degree completion. It offers the ability to preview degree plans, allowing students and their advisors to see their progress towards graduation. Furthermore, “what-if” analyses make it easier for students and advisors to determine the impacts of changing majors, changing degrees, and adding minors.
Therefore, mySeattleU Student Planning will create a centralized and up-to-date student tracking system where we can track the student’s intended courses over future quarters. This tool will allow the university administration to project the courses students want and need based on the student's program. This, in turn, will lead to higher student satisfaction and retention, as well as provide the administration with a forecast of courses to ensure we make concurrent with demand course planning decisions.
