Founder and Director
Sital Kalantry is a tenured Professor of Law, Associate Dean, and Founder and Director of the RoundGlass India Center at Seattle University. She is an expert in Indian comparative law, business and human rights, and feminist legal theory. She has published over 40 scholarly works and a book with Penguin Press and one with the University of Pennsylvania Press. Her writing has been cited by the U.S. Supreme Court, Supreme Court of India, The New York Times, CNN, and many other media publications. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (J.D.), London School of Economics (MsC), and Cornell University (B.A.)

Shannon Young has an extensive background in academic affairs. At research institutions including Carnegie Mellon University, New York University, Northwestern University, and University of Pittsburgh, she has managed advising and admissions programs, facilitated international partnership agreements, and taught graduate research writing courses. With experience in schools of engineering, health sciences, media, and the liberal arts, she has worked with students and faculty across all degree levels. She graduated from University of Pittsburgh (M.A.) and Chatham University (B.A.).
