Roberts Graudins, ’05 Mechanical Engineering alumni, spoke about his career journey in the bicycle industry after his time at Seattle U. He shared the lessons he has learned along the way in this journey and emphasized that “If you run away from fear, you run away from opportunity.” Highlighting that in his experience he learned and grew the most in situations where he had to push himself outside of the normal comfortable situations or push himself outside of the skillsets he already had. The more he pushed himself to learn and grow in those areas, the more opportunities he had in his career and in life.
