The Department of Computer Science welcomes students from all background and programming levels to a dynamic learning environment with small classes, industry-sponsored projects, and personalized instruction and mentoring. Our undergraduate and graduate programs offer specializations that allow students to follow their own interests, and the Career Change Certificate program helps people transition into rewarding IT careers.
All undergraduate computer science students will work alongside industry professionals in our Project Center. Graduate students may choose an industry project as a capstone.
Most SeattleU computer science graduates are employed within 6 months. SeattleU alums can be found at Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and other major firms in the region.
Applicants from all backgrounds can join the Computer Science department. Students with no programming experience should explore a bachelor program or the Career Change Certificate.
