Dr. Agnieszka Miguel has been selected to become an American Society for Engineering Education Fellow. One of 9 honorees for 2020. The grade of "Fellow" is one of unusual professional distinction and conferred by the Board of Directors upon an ASEE member with outstanding and extraordinary qualifications, and experience in engineering or engineering technology education or allied field, and ASEE contributions. Dr. Miguel has a long and substantive history of contributions to ASEE. The ASEE bylaws limit the number of members who can be advanced to Fellow Grade in any one year to a total equal to one-tenth of one percent of the ASEE individual membership. No more than 0.1% of ASEE’s 12,000 members are elevated to Fellow each year. Since 2008 she has held 17 different positions at the regional and national level, including serving as an officer and program chair in the ECE Division and Professional Interest Council Chair. Currently she is serving as First Vice President and Vice President for External Relations. The American Society for Engineering Education Fellow is a tribute to Dr. Miguel from Dr. Quin.
Congratulations Dr. Miguel!
