Staff Council promotes building community relationships and support for one another. There are several affinity groups on campus that may be of interest to staff. These groups are self-managed (not managed by Staff Council). Staff interested in joining are encouraged to reach out to the group contact directly. If you are aware of or the coordinator for other affinity groups open to SU staff, please let Staff Council know so we can add it to this list as a resource for all staff members.
We meet quarterly, usually over lunch, to socialize, discuss timely topics, and to make connections. Attendees are sent an Outlook calendar invite and we are happy to include those who identify as APIDA to our gatherings. Staff and faculty are also encouraged to join the recently created Teams page, linked below.
