The Staff Council Steering Committee is happy to report that with its new expanded membership, it continues to work in various ways to maintain momentum on this important endeavor. The steering committee has launched a website and invites you to review the information there and to submit your ideas to the steering committee about the formation of the eventual council.

The steering committee is also planning to host open campus forums in late summer and early fall to discuss their ideas and proposals for the election process and structure of the future staff council. Please watch for e-mails, campus announcements, and updates on the website with the dates and times for these forums.

The steering committee looks forward to engaging in this important conversation as we move toward establishing a staff council here at Seattle University.
