Faculty and staff are invited to participate in the Emotional Intelligence: Effective Communication and Relationship Intelligence training, which focuses on enhancing communication abilities and increasing department trust. For 20 years, Albers’ MBA course Leading with Emotional Intelligence has been a top elective in the graduate program. Models and lessons from the course will be incorporated into this interactive three-part training.
Join faculty and staff from across the university to learn key emotional intelligence skills to enhance communication and well-being. Materials will be provided, including the book The EQ Primer used in the MBA course. Training is sponsored by The Albers EQ Project and corporate training company, Pause, Inc.
