Supervisors Invited to Information Meeting on Communities of Practice

All who are in supervisor roles at Seattle University are invited to an information meeting about forming Communities of Practice (CoP) for Supervisors. The meeting will take place over Zoom, Wednesday, May 22, 1:30–2:30 p.m. Information will be provided on what a Community of Practice is, as well as what materials are being developed to assist campus supervisors in running their own CoP groups. Results from a recent survey of supervisors indicated a strong interest in CoPs. The goal is to launch at least one supported pilot program for supervisors, followed by development of templates and materials so that similar CoPs can be formed for colleagues in different roles on campus.
