Join the first Strategic Conversation of Winter Quarter and learn more about LIFT SU Goal 1: Recruitment and Retention of BIPOC Students. Julie Homchick Crowe, assistant professor, and Carol Cochran, director of Alfie Scholars Program, will update the campus on the progress of their research and analysis.
A few highlights of the conversation are a review of the working group's findings from a series of student focus groups, research from published works and benchmarking on peer institutions. Additionally, the group will share their preliminary findings and recommendations.
