2021 Annual Staff Performance Review

In keeping with our Jesuit identity, Seattle University commits to providing staff with annual feedback about their performance.

The annual staff performance review is an opportunity to formalize accomplishments, discuss opportunities for growth and align on the expectations for the role and new goals for the coming year. The annual performance review process should reflect the continuous and timely feedback provided throughout calendar year 2021.

The review process will begin with self-reviews which will launch in EngageSU on Jan. 5, 2022. The review cycle will run through April 1, 2022. Staff members hired after Oct. 1, 2021, are not included in the annual review process.

Details about the 2021 Annual Performance Review process and timeline can be found here. Staff who wish to get a head start by capturing information to be used in their self-review can download an optional planning tool found under the helpful resources.
